Global Outreach is our vision to see the nation of Cambodia transformed spiritually and economically. We are committed to building this nation.
The "Change a Child's Life" Project is our vision to provide for a child's material needs through sponsorship, and also enable them to attend school and church. The children currently sponsored are prospering and healthy. Their sponsorship allows their parents to minister and lead in the church.Leadership support is a key factor in seeing the Kingdom grow and multiply in Cambodia. Supporting a leader financially releases them from hours of work for little pay. Leadership support is of great impact in the kingdom. We have established several small businesses in Cambodia. We have purchased tuk tuks which generate income for families. A chicken farm has just produced its first lot of chickens which are now fully grown and sold. We are planning to establish more small businesses in the next six months. We also have a home building and community development project goal. When this project is established we will be able to build wooden homes for villagers, and provide them with water filters to give them clean and safe drinking water. A well costs $100.00 to dig, and a water filter costs around $30.00. Providing clean water is a relatively cheap goal, yet it can completely transform a family's life.
You may choose to finance a long-term project such as leadership support, or give a one-off donation that can go towards establishing a small business or the purchasing of essentials such as water filters or food and clothing. None of the finances that you give go towards administration costs. You can be assured that 100% of the money goes towards the children or one of the other projects. By joining with us in Global Outreach you are playing a significant role in transforming the face of the nation. In real terms it takes only a minute part of our wealth, but this can literally mean the difference between life and death for the Cambodian people.
We know what Cambodia is right now " a nation fighting for survival, and we know, too, that God has a future and hope for this nation that includes lifting the needy from the ash heap. Being a part of this vision allows you to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and you can offer hope to the hopeless. You can be a key element in causing hope to grow in this land. Job 5:16 says, "So the poor have hope, and iniquity shuts her mouth." We believe that establishing a new future for Cambodia causes iniquity to shut her mouth. We have a vision to see this nation grow into all it can be. God's plans for Cambodia are big. By partnering with us in Global Outreach you can be a part of the transformation of a nation.
